I've done that bunjee jump :s watching this is really scary. but to be honest you know there's a risk when you do it- that's why you do it. thank GOD she survived!!

The disclaimer she signed before the jump means little in the laws of most countries. If she gets a legal team behind her then that is the end of that bungy operator. Bottom line is if you host a life-threatening recreational facility then you MUST keep checking over and over and over and over again the safety and condition of your equipment. People's lives depend on it.

Oh heck no! Nuh-uh. Nope. There's nothing in it for me to jump off a cliff, bridge or some other high place with a cord attached to my foot. Never saw the allure in the first place. If people with a brain knowing the risks want to do that, by all means go ahead.
