@daduck87 yeah, although, if the Jets had gotten that touchdown and not failed on fourth and goal, then that would have been 7 points, to make it 24-17, Steelers. The Jets did score a touchdown later, which would have atleast tied the game and made things much more interesting. I wouldn't say that the Jets would have won if they played better, but they could have atleast forced overtime if they had played better.

You can't really argue that the Jets "should have" had that game. The Steelers simply outplayed the Jets and imposed their will on them in the first half. I mean, they outrushed the Jets 135-1 in the first half while outscoring them 24-3. Then in the second half, the Steelers made the plays to seal the game away. The Steelers were simply the better team on that day. You have to play two halves of football to win. The Jets didn't do that.
