Wow, some people just can't take a joke. It's not that big a deal. They are not making fun of Mexicans. Their just having fun teaching how to make guacamole. Besides what makes you say their white? I've seen Mexicans that do look exactly white. I've seen some that get offended because they get mixed up with blacks. For all you know they could very well be pure blood. It doesn't matter, it's a joke.
