The legendary piece written for the motion picture 'Crossroads' (1986).
This interpretation is done by ear and based on the tablature from the 'Steve Vai - Selections from The Elusive Light & Sound Volume 1' songbook.

  • WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

  • very nice...!!!

  • @cyllocybin there i tagged you in it. Usually you'll get an email saying I replied to your comment. Anyways it's below this one.

  • Guy below, the frets are for extra bending room. They don't go out of tune any worse than normal but most often if you're playing that harsh style of bending you'd use anchors on the tuning keys and bridge.

  • whats the deal with these scalloped frets. seem them used. never tried one myself? i imagine if you push too hard the notes go out of tune?
