Now I need to figure out what to do with the first 46 seconds...Suggestions?

Well. You can fill the Empty Space with a Little Bit of a Story Opener. Typing down "From Beyoud Time and Space. Warriors From 10 Worlds will decide the outcome of Good and Evil?

Then when all the Character's have shown, you Put "The Prize: To Gain the Crystal. And with it. To Bring Balance....or Destruction?

Which side are you on??". But It's up to you. I'm just coming up with Subjestions. :)

You could prolly just cut out those few seconds of battles they've shown in the trailers and put them in the first 45 or so seconds.
