Trauma Center 2 X6: Sige XS-rank

The pattern I have:
1. Fix up the patient as fast as possible (not making any missed sutures) when Sige "appears," and find it by using the ultrasound near the center twice. If I don't find it by then, it's made a hemorrhage and I end up restarting (unless I luck out and get the hemorrhage along with the Sige), since it's a serious vital spike.
2. When Sige is cut out, spread gel everywhere almost constantly until the gas is gone.
3. After the gas is gone, spread gel everywhere once more to temporarily stop the Sige, then drain the pus, then fix up the gas hole.
4. Gel/Cut
5. Ultrasound that exact spot that Sige went in; cut it out. Repeat from step 2.

Keep in mind that if you need to raise vitals, fix up the gas hole, spread gel everywhere, use the syringe twice (the second time, Sige will start moving again, but the vital spike isn't as bad), then drain the pus it makes. Repeat that if necessary (I usually raise vitals to 50, which is enough to hit Sige twice).

It has two "2 clone" hits, three "3 clone" hits, and one "4 clone" hit, for a total of 6 cuts before it's gone.

I had to get all close and almost in front of the camera to blow into the mic, lol. The camera's autofocus kinda sucks on this one 'cause of the gas. :(

The gel doesn't erase the fog, blowing into the mic does; it's just for keeping the Sige from spiking vitals too much while the fog's being blown away.

Sige is the hardest GUILT in the game. You have to do one extra move. Blow into the mic...

I have the first trauma center and I was so good at it, but I ended up just quitting it after getting to a really impossible surgery. I think I'm gonna get the second one though; it looks too good to pass up

u can scratch the 'mic' and make noise. i find that a lot more efficient
