Lunge variation that requires core strength and overhead stability.

How To:
Lift a kettlebell into a full overhead lockout and stand up straight. Take one big step forward while keeping your rear leg stationary. Keeping your torso straight, bend with your front knee until you feel your rear knee lightly touching the floor. Push through your front heel to stand up and return to the starting position. Repeat and switch legs.
