Fritz the Giant Schnauzer First Day Home at Eight Weeks

We decided that a giant schnauzer puppy would be the ideal dog to grow up with our 18 month old daughter, and our three cats. Fritz is from Histyle Kennels in Yorkville, Illinois and we left his ears unclipped as we're not planning to show him. He's now six months old and is becoming a fabulous, well-behaved dog.

Anyone notice IIn3cy's remarkable ability for boring speculation? Fritz is actually sitting with us right now, with daughter curled up against him asleep. They're best friends, he's been an excellent pet and a great friend. Sorry I let you down by not posting more vids.

Giant Schnauzer's are the best dogs ever! I grew up with one in Switzerland and she's ten years old now. Got her when I was eight years old. They are the smartest dogs for real, I can just talk about taking my dog out for a walk and she'll understand and wait at the front entrance of the house. Giant Schnauzer's FTW

p.s. mine also has a short tail and floppy ears, and she looks great.

I have put a deposit down on a Giant Schnauzer a female which is ready the end of Jan! I have now having second thoughts!! Everybody i speak to say are you mad these dogs are to big and powerful! I have 3 kids youngest 9 years old and live in the country in Scotland so hopefully we will be ok!!

Anyone notice they got Fritz 3 years ago and have not posted a SINGLE video of him since? I'd bet anything they no longer have him because they could not handle him. No fault of the dogs at all! Proper dog ownership starts day one. FAIL. y

I have histyle GS what a great breeder.My GS love any kids and they can do anything to him.he was 13wek when we got him now 1 1/2yr.and the kids play with him sent he was 13wk,grab,pull ride blow in ear and he don;t care.I trust my GS with my grandkids2,5,7,14.and my 2mini schnauzer.I;am going back to Histyle for aother dog.
