my micro usb is longer than a meter, so maybe that's the problem.

but i mean..... the jailbreaking instructions should mention this. i shouldn't have to mess around on youtube for an hour or more.

does this jailbreak work on itunes 10.5.3?

i can't get my atv2 to enter dfu mode.

i think the jailbreaking instructions are really bad. the ipsw download for example took about an hour, and there was ZERO mention of this on the seas0npass site. there's no mention that the jailbreaking instructions are current to today's date. (the instructions are a year old)

@hcdx92 Blackberry uses 8Pin that is not compatible with AppleTV 2 if you have a Nokia Version of the Micro-USB then yes

@james95121 I'm using blackberry micro usb cable i don't think theres something wrong with my cable because it was successfully installed the jailbreak except the itunes :(

@hcdx92 error 14 means a few things, check your PC USB port, don't hook up with extender, make sure this is only iDevice hookedup, and use another USB Port on your PC or another MiniUSB for make sure its no longer then 1 meter and it should 5 pins

@xctechs I did update my itunes ver 10.5.3, restarted my pc and restarted also the jailbreak and still error 14. I'm tired jailbreak this apple tv for whole day :(
