Of course it was an act of terrorist because at the time, they thought they could blame it on the TEA party. Then, after they realized it was an Islamic fundamentalists from Pakistan, this "act of terrorism," was down graded to "An attempted man made expression of frustration against America." What joke Obama and his administration are to the world of terrorism. Its like the keystone cops vs Jerry Louise.

Let's see... a Pakistani earns American citizenship, goes to Pakistan for months and learns how to make bombs, and then comes back and puts all the pieces together and tries to set it off in Times F'n Square,,,and these guys never heard of him?...and now we have to listen to you crow about catching the guy...like you saved somebody? If the guy could make a bomb, we would be burying people.

They can't try KSM, because they're too busy closing Gitmo and doing away with the Patriot act...ohhh wait, they haven't done that either. Well, maybe they're doing away with the wire taps...ummm, no they haven't done that. I'll give them credit for catching this guy quickly...but they didn't stop the Christmas Day attack or this one....the Bombs just didn't go off.
