@javierchile88 An enlightened being is the rarest thing. If that seems to rare for people to except, then perhaps they don't know what enlightenment is. perhaps they are confusing it with simply being happy.

18:18 And the servants and officers stood there, who had made a fire of coals; for it was cold: and they warmed themselves: and Peter stood with them, and warmed himself.
18:19 The high priest then asked Jesus of his disciples, and of his doctrine.
18:20 Jesus answered him, I spake openly to the world; I ever taught in the synagogue, and in the temple, whither the Jews always resort; and in secret have I said nothing.

Thanks for sharing this video! And because of the Lack of FAITH is why so many people have to question, and therefore completely miss out on the "good" to keep bringing more doubt and questioning into their lives.

nice video except most of the quotes are sacred text not specifically attributed to Jesus-some written after he was off the planet--

@socksandpistols what did he mean when he spoke of heaven? I do not believe in the bibles fairy tales but Jesus Christ was a living man not a God a lot of the stuff he said minus the im the son of God bs people made up was very smart.

You know if you have your priorities right and you put God first in your life then money will not pose a problem. You notice Jesus said to seek first the kingdom of God and all "these things will be added unto you". To want prosperity it not evil, it is making prosperity your god. I find no contradiction in a Christian being wealthy. The wealth of the wicked is laid up in store for the just according to the Bible. You can be poor and love money wrongly.

nice vid - better than I was expecting to tell the truth. thank you

His quotes have the exact same meanings with that of Buddha. It's just the wording that's different. Jesus was nothing but an enlightened individual.
Doesn't the Bible say "the love of money is the root of all (kinds of) evil"? 1 Tim. 6:10
I'm pretty sure Jesus was quoted as saying'"Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal." Matt.6:19-20.
Quoting the Bible is not helping your assertion.

I never read into it that we were talking about money. The law of attraction is not based on money it is based on bringing positive things into your life.

Bob Proctor is certainly talking about money. Also, the group of non-physical entities called Abraham is reminiscent of the plural entities Jesus cast out of the man in Mark 5:8-9 "For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit. And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many."

Bob Proctor is not Jesus. Please do not equate "The Secret" and the Law of Attraction as the same. Attracting good things into your life has nothing to do with money unless you believe that money is that good thing.

My mistake, I didn't realize there were differing factions among LoA practitioners. So in which ways does "The Secret" misrepresent LoA?
socksandpistols 2 years ago
LOA has been repeated by Buddha, Jesus, Thomas Jefferson, Napoleon Hill just to name a few. The Secret has just been the latest. Some things in the Secret are OK but much of it tries to make it into a Quick Fix to get more money. Sad for the real power of LOA is happiness, enlightenment and peace of mind.
