How many of you can honestly say that. I can because of this man. I know him personally. J Edgar Hoover was a piece of trash and it's sad to see brainwashed cops like this guy lining up at his grave site to commemorate him like he's some fucking hero. Nobody cares if he was gay..this guy set in motion the police state that Americans live in now with illegal wiretapping, etc. Except now the excuse is to combat imaginary terrorists that are hiding under our beds. This man served his country. What happened to a proud America that has respect for those who serve and protect US citizens? Homosexual or not, Mr Hoover helped esablish an Agency that works very hard everyday to protect America. I for one thank the FBI agents. If all you critics knew how hard they work, how much time they spend away from their families, how much work they do and the danger they encounter FOR US, then MAYBE people would open their eyes and be thankful. I also heard that Clyde Tolson had applied to the FBI and was rejected,then Hoover happened to see his application and photo,Hoover must of liked what he saw because Tolson was Deputy Director very quickly. HA
