Athletes must train their core to be a better baseball player. Core is the major contributor to velocity and the ability to hit a baseball with power. Every twist is controlled by the body's core. Follow the video exercises and click on the link above for reps, sets, and how often to complete each exercise.

Pay close attention to technique. Completing core exercises with poor technique will limit the benefit of the exercise. Core strength will make you a better baseball player, so train hard and smart.
