What's with the 1st coach behind the locomotive it like stop fast 99mph to 0 mph that's just weird but funny

you cant, sometimes it takes ages to come up, other times it comes up BEFORE the crash (that happened to me and i was like "wha-" then my train tilted and fell on its side >.>)
