Mod making a better Apoc Tank, known formally as the Mammoth Tank.

First i had repair Migs, then decided to make them repair drones after i figured out how(finally) to get 2 weapons to coexist without toggles. Drives on water, repairs(no spider webs HA!), and shoots air(but not as good as red alert 2)!
