This is a cool tune to learn. I can just about hack through the original John Williams version but it's damned hard work. This has the flavour of the original without the intense playing power required. So, next time someone says "Hey, can you play the theme tune from The Deer Hunter?", play them this and they'll be mighty impressed. I'd rate this as an intermediate piece. you play really really nice but i dont think this way of playing it gives it that feel like the version played in E major

nicely done....you should break this version down into 6 counts for people like me to learn it. Really cool. I got the first few counts but then i loose your fingers on the angles.... teach us.
