@MsPuka123 14 is young to start, but you sure can. You need tapers to stretch your ear lobes, you can't just start putting plugs in. Just remember to give them plenty of healing in-between time and go slow, many upon many people think their ears can handle fast-stretching which results in shredded ears and infections. Once you go past size 0-00 i hear they wont shrink. I never went to that size because I had to take them out for work.
