Depends on how deep your tank is.
I have a standard 29 gal and i'm using a 55watt PC with CO2.

The worm feeder helps to hold both types of foods together so that the fish will get a mouthful of both when eating. I find this method to be quicker than just throwing food in the water and hope they taste it.
