Lilium's Chakra Meditation

Hey everybody ^^

FINALLY I'm being a bit productive and here is the video loooooong under progress. This is for ALL OF YOU who are so supportive and sweet to me. THANK YOU SO MUUUUCH!

First we will start with the root chakra, then moving on to the solar plexus chakra then to the throat chakra and finally meditation the third eye :)

@apoxwrhthrio 1st. I'm not telling you to pretend nothing has happened. You clearly are upset about something and this video sure aint it. 2nd. those are incents I'm holding. 3rd. This form of meditation can help if you are open to it, you clearly aren't. I hope you find an outlet for your anger and negativity somewhere else. Peace.

@Max11551 I know you left this comment awhile ago, but I really like the way you used the term phenomenological reality. I've studied and read about phenomenology a little but only through the spectrum of film studies and I have never thought of ASMR as a phenomenological response, but of now that I think about it, of course it is, one which, as you say, makes these videos (and especially roleplay videos) a part of a phenomenological reality.

Am I doing this wrong? During the transition from the second to third chakra I just kind of snapped out of it... or something. Also, during the second my body started nudging me to lie down on the ground. Is that normal?

Would all the trolls/haters stfu, every serious person watching this knows none of this stuff is real and any results are no better than placebo ones if that. That is very much NOT the point of this video. Lillium's entier channel is about relaxation and thats all this video is supposed to achieve which I and at least 345 other people agree with. Just try to enjoy this, if its not for you then leave.
