Breaking Up from your ex is a painful experience, I admit because I have my personal story with that.

Some people might love it when they get back to be single, while other people can not embrace the fact that they are single again, whatever was the situation it is difficult to forget about your ex especially if you were the one who was dumped.

If you want to know how to get your girlfriend back and you are serious about it, you have to have a plan and put it into action, the plan will prevent you from doing common and stupid mistakes that will prevent you from getting your girlfriend back.

2- Find out why the break up happened.

The reason why she broke up with you might be a silly one, like if you did not apologize when you were joking and she felt humiliated, or it might be something deep in your relationship that need to be fixed, you will never know how to get your girlfriend back unless you know the exact reason behind the break up.

If you had taken her for granted and started being rude to her then you need to change your behavior by being more courteous, if she thought that you cheated on her with another woman, this might be a misunderstanding, try to be calm and explain that you did not cheat and will never do, if you could not talk to her because she was angry, try another time, people usually are not reasonable when they are angry, if you keep some distance for a while and return back to her she might understand you better.

3- Do not try to make you ex girlfriend jealous.

Remember that you ex girlfriend know you more than you might think, if you tried to make her jealous just to show off or because you need her attention, she will know.

This might work for a little time, you might even get back together but if you did not fix the problems that led to the break up you will soon end up without your girlfriend, may be for good.

Show her that you have moved on and you are ready to start your life without her, without teasing her and making her jealous, make your decision independently and live your normal life.

If you meet her casually, even if she was with another man, greet her talk to her in a friendly manner, do not show her that you are desperate or that you feel upset because of the other man, you can go home and wet your pillow with tears, but you have to show confidence when you meet people.

When she sees you as a mature and responsible person who deals with the break up reasonably, she will be attracted to you and you can manage to get you girlfriend back sooner than you expected.
