nice. but ypu could have use mini fluoresent tubes instead of led's. its normali used un the backlights of all lcd screens because its more homogenial (sorry, my english isn't perfect)

did you factor in the cost of the projector?

The 360$ included the screen and construction.
If you add ~300$ for a projector, it's still low-cost... :)
