Lawnmower starts then stops at random TORO GTS

Don't worry about a big project. Cleaning out the jet is easy. It took me 10 minutes to do.

not too sure on my mower but when i start the engine cold, i have to keep priming the ball until it warms up or else it will die,which worked for awhile sorta. But now when i start the engine it runs but very weak and once i touch the grass with the mower it dies. Do u think that screw would do the trick and the same on any lawn mower? Mines Briggs&Stratton?
