I can't answer about the PC version because I've never played that version. I'm not getting it in that version because it takes-up too much disc space and for some reason my PC game controller never works for GTA games. I do wonder if the Multi-player side works better than the XBox 360 and PS3 versions because the Xbox 360 and PS3 version lag so badly. Most of the time in Free Mode nobody can kill each other.

What version are you playing? I used the knife with the XBox 360 version and the baseball bat with the PS3 version. As you know, both weapons give a silent kill but I wonder if the XBox 360 version is slightly different to make that mission easier. I know the Cell phone in the XBox 360 version, some of the options are set out different. The XBox 360 version has a Ranked option that's not in the PS3 version. It takes a bit longer to enter Free Mode in the XBox 360 version.
