Alarm Clock Part 2: Due to the fact that the 2nd album failed to sell, THE RECORD COMPANY AND PRODUCER BROUGHT IN OUTSIDE SONGWITERS. This doomed the band. For the most part, the band no longer sounded like Alarm Clock, but some watered down association. The 3rd album also did not chart or produce a hit single. The truly Alarm Clock sounding song was Love Me Again. The only other memorable song was Barefoot In Baltimore, which the band had to compromise on to maybe have a hit with it.

The Alarm Clock were young, yet talented musicians and songwriters and composers. Their first 2 albums clearly show that fact. Because their producer screwed up and did not release Wake UP when Tomorrow was climbing the charts, it severely hurt the sales of their 2nd album to the point that it did not chart. With songs like Tomorrow, which did chart in the top 40 and the cult movie song Pretty Song from Psych Out and Sit With The Guru, the 2nd album should have been a hit also.
