Car dealer Ed Garcia of Albuquerque, NM disrespects and illegally uses our neighborhood for business

Ed Garcia is an Albuquerque car dealer who uses our residential neighborhood for his employee parking lot. The City of Albuquerque will not address the gross misuse of our streets for his employee parking, dispite years of complaints and evidence by the residents. This is illegal and neither Ed Garcia nor the Albuquerque City Zoning dept, under Matt Conrad, have effectively controlled the issue. I'm sure they don't have this happening in their neighborhoods. Our City Councilor, Rey Gardunio has also not acted. City Councilor Martin Heinrich, now a house representative, was also not effective in controlling this issue.

who cares! when did anyone care about parking in the war zone? at least on sunday the neighborhood is blessed with cars from the church. get a life! maybe you need a hobby? video taping is not for you... get a tripod!
