The Last Time DC-3 flight to Oshkosh 2010 Air to Air

This is rough cut footage I threw together of the flight to Oshkosh from Rock Falls, IL. Lots of nice planes. We're in a B-25 (The Pacific Prowler from Ft Worth Meacham Field) flying high cover and we circled the fleet of DC-3s several times as we flew faster than they did. I was lucky enough to be able to make that trip in one of the DC-3's. (N25641, Legend Airways) I will remember that trip for the rest of my life, it was simply amazing!

Gooney birds are the most beautiful ones that ever graced the skies over this globe.

After 75 years, they are still the gracious wonderful machines with a unique music of their engines.

DC-3, Dakota, C-47 whatever you call them, are all same. the gracious man made birds in the sky.
