today fox news had an article on puppies being smuggled in from mexico illegally. Of course the danger of this is no disease control and black market dogs means no taxes collected and possibly money going to those involved in other criminal activities. If the Humane Society has it's way shutting down legitimate kennels then you can expect to do many news stories in the future regarding black market puppies, as the people WILL have their pets one way or the other.
