How to Fast and Efficiently Level Up Illusion in Oblivion

A video to help you level Illusion, as well as yourself if Illusion is a major skill. Works even better if it's a racial specialization. :)
I already had the "Minimus Maximus Charm" spell, so I didn't actually click 'Create' on the Spellmaking Altar, nor did I set the range to 'Target'. Sorry about that.

@formerdave94 Go to the Praxographical Center inside the Arcane University Grounds. You'll find some altars there.
