If the Jewish Oligarchs who own and operate the international banking system called "Bank of America" fired thousands of employees, then what was the purpose of the MOUNTAIN of TAX DOLLARS that was handed out in many bail outs?

Was that what they were taking to install in foreign countries in wars? Not Democracy? Or was Democracy for foreign countries and capitalism for the few rich here?
