@Ahmad12791 yeah . India has so many problems in their country but yet gives problems to all its neighbours.
I hope india will not win the world cup. just to see their reaction like last time. I wish Sri Lanka was located further south like Maldives. so we would never have a War in North Sri Lanka. we do not reall fight with indians but we can always ignore them. but too bad pakistan has a boarder with india. thats bad luck.

@78n7 india is devil no indian neighbour is happy from them whether its China Bangladesh Pakistan Nepal or Srilanka now a days world cupis going on as a Pakistani i wish Pakistan win if not then at no 2 i support Srilanka to win the world cup

@Ahmad12791 Sri Lankans are so different than indians and Pakistanis. maybe because Sri Lanka is an Island . I am glad we have less problems because we do not have a land boader with india. but india wants to take the small islands in the north part of Sri Lanka. big bully. but i think most Sri Lankans ignore indians and stay away from them.

Sri Lankans ignore so many things to avoid problems. Even Sri Lankan govenment and India do not have lot of interractions. eventho they are neigbours we do not here news from india at all. ( except for the commonweath gams recently)
Since Sri Lanka is an Island we can have our own Solidarity in the island. In general Island countries have their unique culture. i realizd it after meeting people from India , Bangladesh and Pakistan.
Maldives seems little similar to Sri Lanka.

@Ahmad12791 the way we behave and do things. like if Sri Lankans do not like something they will IGNORE but indians and Pakistanis always fight. even for silly things like religous belives.
indians think a some money built a bridge to Sri Lanka long time ago.. we do not believe it . we are say ? a monkey ? ok we do not care.

@ss77ss no ill feeling but India (& so are Pakistan&Bangladesh) large countries with diverse peoples/cultures/ethnicities etc.even being an indian, i can't say that i have met people from all parts of india!My experience is quiet different to your own.I have friends from Srilanka&i'm completely at home with them.They are like my siblings:) Best wishes
