Hi ,
In France scubadiving legally starts at age 8
Different certifications for children : bronze , silver and gold diver , possible to obtain from 8 to 12 . After , same certifications as adults : level 1 at age 14 , level 2 at age 16 , ...
Children you can see on this video have 9 to 13 , they practise since 2 years .
The purpose of this "exercise" is to be easy without mask and regulator ( and to have fun in front of the camera !)
