MINI-CHALLANGE: My promise to everyone is that I will eat 1200-1300 calories everyday this week. If I can keep this promise, I will reward myself this weekend with some expensive makeup that I have been eyeing for awhile.

Original Weight (June 2010): 203 lbs
Starting Weight (at time of entry): 175 lbs
Current Weight: 168.6 lbs
Goal Weight: 150 lbs

  • Wow, that's a big loss in a short amount of time, well done!!

    I really really need to start exercising. I find it really hard at the moment because of all the deferred exams and assignments I'm doing this month.. I'm always half way finished phew.. so sick of typing and studying lol.

    I'm going to start exercising properly today.. I have little weights and I need to run or do some kind of cardio

  • @ByeByeBelly I guess I should have said it will be winter here in about a month (officially)....but if really feels like winter now :)

  • @ByeByeBelly I know what you mean! It's hard to find time when there is so much to do for school! I feel bad for ya, you have a lot on your plate right now!!!! I find that these dvds I have are very useful because right now it is winter here so I'm reluctant to do any exercise outside because it is currently below freezing and getting colder everyday. Since I'm just working out at home, it's harder to talk myself out of doing it. I can't imagine these losses will be so good for much longer.

  • Congrats! I do the water thing too, often I'm actually thirsty, not hungry, but I just can't really tell the difference I guess >.> That is probably a huge problem...
