  • Strider was also available for the Commodore Amiga. I had it for my Amiga 500. It had nicer sound effects, but not quite as impressive graphics.

  • @keithburgoyne Most (arcade) games that were ported for the Amiga actually were great, often the best version! I've seen many Retro reviewers talk about their favorite games but nearly none of them talk about the Amiga version which is sad. I grew up on the Amiga and would like to see some more love for it from these retro guys.

  • You can also find Strider in capcom collection volume 2 for ps2(Genesis version). It´pretty cool.

  • I have the same shirt as Robman lol

  • @ecesar i was about to comment saying that but then i saw you comment

  • hey Johnny how did you feel about Strider Hiryu coming back to the marvel vs capcom sereies in ultimate mvc3 ?

  • wow i never heard of this series b 4 at least i no where my favorite fighter from marvil vs capcom comes from we need a remake for the wii now

  • They forgot about the extra stage in strider2 for psone. After you beat and save strider, play strider2. You'll discover a new stage called zero. :-p

  • It's not a great franchise cuz it doesn't exist anymore :( I do own 1 and 2.
