After two months of twists and turns, Minnesota's State Canvassing Board certified that Al Franken earned 225 more votes than Norm Coleman in the Senate race. Al Franken then held a press conference in front of his downtown Minneapolis condo, saying he was ready to start working on issues important to Minnesotans, particularly the economy.
