Snake vs Ninja Spider

I've now found 3 snakes in my "new" house (was built in the 70s) in the last 3 days. 2 of them were caught by "ninja spider" who lives in my kitchen. I've never been able to successfully capture ninja spider, she somehow eludes me every time. I clean away her web everyday only to have her rebuild unseen within hours. She went head to head with baby snake #3. The first got away from me when we startled each other. The second I caught and freed outside, and this is the 3rd. I'm hoping there won't be any more.

I know the quality is really bad. I was recording this with my phone to show everyone that it's not a worm! Then Ninja Spider appeared.

The snake lost.



...yes, I know the kitchen tiles are incredibly ugly. I also have avocado green and harvest gold appliances and bathrooms. The house was lost in time.


Update: 5 snakes now in 4 days. Where are they coming from?? #s 4 and 5 were both captured (by me) and released into the wild far, far from the house.

From my experience in watching Raiders Of The Lost Ark, there must be a giant snake colony behind some of these walls :p

@alienfresh  That's the freaky part. Due to the 15 years of termite damage, we had to totally gut this house. The walls, foundation, etc are all only about 2 months old. There's got to be a snake nest in here somewhere, though. There are simply too many babies. Found a 4th one tonight. 4 in 4 days!

@BaubleRob Hahaha. The spider appearance freaked me out! In the raw clip it has me yelping when she comes down. She just moseys on down, and then strikes and retreats so fast!!
