Concerning banking: During the '80s up til 2001, I had a no fee high limit CHASE platnum MC (money back & flyer miles). Every year I received an itemization of my spending. I have ALWAYS paid my ENTIRE card bill each month, the highest being over $5,000. In 2001 I got a bill which someone had inadvertently left a "sticky note" on. The memo called me a "deadbeat" & other insulting names, saying that paying my bill in full was losing CHASE money. I now have a non-profit credit union debit card.

Is Bernanke totally clueless about the cost of living increase (inflation) over the last three years? Does he live in a plastic bubble... does his butler do all of his shopping for him... does he not need to pay attention to how much his own purchases cost?
This nation's money supply is finished, and all he can do is sit there and try to explain away the private ownership of gold as tradition and fear of the worst case? Well, the dollar is down 70% since 2000, what do you call THAT?
