Rex got started in television through the rodeo. This excerpt from the documentary film, "Rex Trailer's Boomtown" features some of the rodeo style events Rex performed on his TV show. It also includes Rex's passion for aviation. He learned to fly from his grandfather who was taught by the Wright Brothers. Rex will be landing by helicopter at the New England Wild West Fest in Marshfield, MA on Sunday June 28 at 1:30pm. He will receive a citation from the Governor of Massachusetts for his lifetime achievement in aviation. The Spirit of the American Cowboy Foundation will also honor his with the Spirit of '36 Award for lifetime achievement for his contribution to the cowboy spirit of New England. The event is to help in the fight against childhood cancer.
