Supporting ICT investment in developing nations

The ITU Development Bureau is at the forefront of trying to put in place an enabling environment in developing countries, in terms of policy and regulation, to facilitate private sector investment. It's also helping to build capacity and create demand for new ITU services. The robustness of the global network is only as good as the weakest part.
