When lighting those two torches @ 3:40, you could have used a deku stick instead in order to transfer the fire from one torch to the other.

You can only use Deku Sticks in the past. As an adult, the only options available to me are Din's Fire and Fire Arrows.

I´ve been having a trouble in this temple...

I´m now in the second floor and there was a point in which i didn´t know what to do, so I started watching this walkthrough and I noticed,I skipped one of the small keys from the first floor, so... My question is; How can I make the water level from the second to the first floor lower?

Skip it for now, watch the other videos and when the water level is back to that point, go get it.

is there a 40 second time limit for everyone to be under water or just the 3ds players?

The time limit is your breath remaining. Link cannot breathe underwater unless he is wearing the Zora Tunic (blue). You can get it from King Zora or the Zora Shop, both of which are in Zora's Domain beneath Red Ice (which can be melted with Blue Fire found in the nearby Ice Cavern or bought from the Potion Shop in the Market/Kakariko).

So I looked up this video because I got stuck in the room with the crystal 5:30 because I couldn't find it. turns out they changed the location of the crystal in the 3DS verison -___-
