I can't believe people don't like the web shooters, their one of Spiderman's trademarks. They also play a HUUUUGE! role later on in the Spiderman universe. When I first seen Spiderman cartoon's in the 70's, his web shooters are what inspired my love of gadgets. Just like Indiana Jones inspired a lot of guys to be archaeologists. I don't know who the genius was who decided, lets drop the web shooters and make it shoot from his body. FAIL! I'm a comic book reader and I welcome the web shooters.

Tobey was a good Spider-Man. The scripts to the movies were just really unfaithful to the comics. It's like how people say Val Kilmer and George Clooney sucked as Batman. They didn't, it was the scripts that were bad.

Andrew Garfield as Spider-man is awesome, the suit looks amazing and they're bringing web shooters back, as well as the Lizard and Gwen Stacy... EPIC!!!

i like the web shooters because it shows peter was clever enough to make them and it solves a problem that always bugged me in the old movies how did spiderman shoot the webs from his wrists if he had a full suit on?

Im pretty sure he'll have another suit cuz remember in the first spiderman his first suit was a hoodie and mask then he made his main suit, so it makes sense in this movie to start with that suit then make his final suit

The web shooters are key because they aren't always 100 percent reliable. Like we saw at the end of the second trailer, I think Spiderman will have you use his agility to get himself out of harm's way, rather than swing out of there using a web.

@Johnlindsey289 There is a matter of opinion, so if that is your opinion I can't argue with it. I had no problem with Tobey though. If you knew anything about the making of films then you would know that writers and directors deviate from their source material a lot. Raimi probably just didn't care to incorporate the webshooters. I prefer webshooters, but he probably didn't feel it was necessary for his version of Spiderman. He "ruined spiderman forever"? Grow up.

Why organic? because he doesn't have to run out of webbing? Raimi ruined Spider-man forever, he should be called Man-Spider cause he's not human anymore
