The "Azino", or "Qwerty Organ", is a soft-synth virtual organ, driven through an ordinary PC keyboard. Because the keyboard is rather small and cramped, modifier keys have to be used to extend the range (and the zxcvbnm row, the 'pedals', produces auto-chords). Consequently, it is rather difficult to play, and requires a skillset very different from other keyboard instruments.
