i only have been doing this for forty years and your results are where?????

do some research of your own and actually test this.....wanna make a large bet???

if what you trust in is wikapedia you probably believe in the A.M.A. FOR HEALTH

    so GOOD luck

  • i say slow state cardio is useless, sprinting however will melt fat, try it haha.

  • with cardio you can build muscles you never known about, for example your heart will grow and all the muscles that hold the heart and lungs

  • Do both. Weight lifting doesn't burn all that much calories since its not continuous. Right when you're done the weight training you should go right away and do cardio since all you're glycogen stores are low and you will be burning fat pretty much right away for energy when doing cardio. Also since cardio is continuous it burns more calories then weight lifting. Burning more calories then you're eating means weight loss.

  • very good video

  • @otsenrexxx what about the loss of calories after your weighttraining when the muscle is tearing and down and rebuilding.

  • I did not understand..

  • I say watch biggest loser and stick to what work!
