  • I am 50 and female and mediteranean and menopausal . I have gone gluten free and sugar free esp fructose by choice and firstly in six weeks I lost 2 kg very slowly, secondly my heartburn for which i bought mylanta by the litre , is 100% gone,

    thirdly I do not retain fluid anymore .

    Fourtly ,the aches and pains I used to call arthritis is gone too.

    I have more energy , to make the day last longer.

    How good is that.

  • hav u looked into adding protein fat an fiber to your starches.. i lift weights and i dont want to let my potatoes go.. and im hoping ur only half right

  • Thank you David for your video. It is so true, our bodies weren't made to digest starch and sugars. We are mammals and we should be specifically putting only protein, fruits and vegetables in our diets, not the bad stuff. Right now, I'm at 225lbs and started today taking all starch and sugars our of my diet. I will let you know in a month how much weight I have lost.
