@FSFchannel True I overclocked mine 860 to 4.0Ghz and it runs great! I don't see why the 870 is so expensive!

what kind of motherboard come standard when you buy a dell computer with i7 860 on it..is it the lga-1156 or a different one??

Very nice system ! Thumbs up !! Well i have this system:
Core I7 860, as for now its at 3075 MHZ. - stock cooler.
750W PSU
8GB Kingston hyperX 1600mhz
Asustek Sabertooth 55i Motherboard
And a GTX 275 GPU.
It runs smooth for now. BUT i am soon planning on buying the GTX 480 and a Water cooler for the CPU, and overclocking to 3,6 Ghz ish.. Does that sound like a good system?

Go for the 930 but if your spending 500 or so on a cpu for go for the 960.

but i think you should of gone for the i7 870 instead.

why? that's more expensive... I can easily overclock my 860 to and past the 870's speed and get the same (if not better) results.
I have a x3440 as well and that is better than both as I've seen in my results
