My BPD made me very afraid of being abandoned and rejected. I push away people before they can hurt me. Like my beloved therapist. i am afraid of her leaving me, so i push her away so i can protect myself from her rejection.

nice video. whats weird is i watched girl interupted last year and it really messed me up and made me depressed because i could relate to the characters and a few weeks ago i got diagnosed with BDP.
