I'm so sick of all these non smoking laws. I get that people don't want to be around smoke, but do we have to pass all encompassing laws? Can't we allow the proprietors of businesses decide whether they will allow smoking, especially at bars and venues. More laws = less fun. The non smoking laws may not you, but it will be something else next. How bout a law banning fat people from small restaurants? They make fire exits hard to reach and their poor health is a liability in an emergency!

In America, you can usually get away with smoking on stage in non-smoking clubs. If you are a performer, then the cigarette can be considered a prop. The club owner may not give a shit about that and may give you immediate shit, but legal action is unlikely.
Seriously though. It's just a ciggy.
