  • How do you delete a track the mixer my master track has another track linked it. Each time scroll across, it sounds differently via effect, and also non of the other track are responding, so how do I return the main track back to the master track?

  • @renshawhu You messed up - you shouldn't have problems like this - I suspect that your fpc is not assigned a track number (covered in video 1). or the peak controller is on the master or insert - instead of a send track (explained in this video). The Mixer is confusing at first - you get use to it over time, for a while you'll run into some weirdness unyil you get more familiar with it. I should cover common mistkes in more detail in another vido

  • when you bussed the peak limiter to the 303 sequence, is that acting sort of like a gate controlled by the hats, or by what, exactly?

  • @rformidable it's not a gate effect or a limiter either-it's a peak controller. It gets the peak data from the audio and applies that to whatever you have it linked too. What I did is a pumping effect that make the synth volume pulse with the drum track. Without it, the synth would sound a bit out of sync/flat.

  • i need an audio interface for fruity loops 10 What would you recommend?

  • @solo0nine I don't give recommendations for hardware = it's not my place to make decisions like that for anyone - so many people have a different point of view about things like this. Shop around - stick to your budget. If your unsure just make sure you purchase with a return policy. Keep in mind that audio quality is not an issue at all - cheap or expensive - they all playback very high quality these days. The important thing is signal speed (latency) and flexibility(connections).

  • @FuxwitVon labeled scenes would be great indeed. it's hard to get back on a topic in long videos!

  • IT'S LIKE ALL THE SHIT I DON'T KNOW! BIG UPS DOUG

  • Forgive me if you`ve covered this in previous videos, but i hvae a problem with my kicks/snares beats. I cant really make them seem louder and more apparent, they always get blocked out my the Melody of something else. Is it just the sample? or are there certain settings i have to have in order to make them sound like yours?

  • @ste1438 For some reason my peak controller isn't syncing? Any ideas? I can try to shoot you a screen capture video if that would help.

  • Done. Moving on to #5 and for new tuts please keep in mind that if you right click or something, say that. Thanks, these are great!

  • @ste1438 thanks...

well, i'm still sort of confused on this, i gotta watch this tut again, and play with it while you're doing it......(didn't get a chance to do that before)
