im interested about period after operation,what about postoperative inflammation and oedema??? when we did in my clinic we left cateter there till the wound will heal up. I would like to see opinion of this surgeon. In generally this way is better than that i saw in my books,thanx

Dear collegue, following the latest news about FLUTD (doc CA Osborne), we try everytime to avoid surgery by urine PH control and we get all the time the coltural examination of urine. This is the best approach to a conservative treatment of FLUTD and the way to reduce this kind of invasive surgery. If you need other information, please feel free to send me mail as you like.

Good video, but I would catheterize the cat before so you know always where you uretra is and I would have transfixed the end of the penis that you cut off so it doesn't bleed that much.

when I started to make surgery 16 years ago I used to catheterize the uretra, but now I feel good in this way.
