i miss the sucking up in the new season.... noone respects micheal except for dwight who was a suck up... whne andys boss everyones just kinda awkward and what not

The older episodes were so much better and awkward / cringe worthy. In the recent ones, Pam would retaliate which reduces the awkwardness. She should go back to being like this.
