i made this many many many years ago when i didnt know shit about editing. YES i could of used green screens, masks, background filters, even gone to the extent of painting the boards and then just pressing 2 buttons in final cut. but no i edited it in paint shop with each frame.

PROOF - no sound because its only frames

if you watch the bag on the ground it dissapears for a few frames because i was lazy
